I saw these cupcakes on Allrecipes.com and I just thought these were too cute and I had to make them. These graveyard cupcakes are perfect for this Halloween season. I make generic cupcakes and frosted them with tub frosting. I crushed Oreo cookies and rolled the cupcakes in the crushed Oreo's. I then took Pepperidge Farms Mint Milano cookies and used black tube icing and carefully wrote "RIP" at the top. I then placed the cookie in the middle of the cupcake. They were so easy and the kids even helped. They really enjoyed sharing them with our neighbors, and I really enjoyed not having a ton of cupcakes in my home. They are just way too tempting.
