The burdensome awning

Over time, our awning over the deck and back patio has slowly been deteriorating the roof, which by the way is only 5 years old. It has been putting pressure on the roof that some of the shingles have been damaged. Today Jeff, his dad and Cory removed the awning. It was a rather quick process. It took less than 3 hours to take it down.

The awning is completely down. Way to go men! Now we have firewood for the winter!
