Christmas this year was so much fun, just like all the years past. Except this year we spent Christmas morning at home, then went to Jeff's parents house for Christmas dinner. I don't have any pictures of the afternoon & evening, but I do have a ton of pictures from Christmas morning.
Christmas Eve, Haley stated that she was going to wake up at 2am and look to see what Santa brought. Thankfully, the kids slept in until 7:15am. I was thrilled! Haley was shocked that Santa wrapped all their presents, which made it more fun to open Santa's gifts. Santa put all his presents under the kids Christmas tree, so it wouldn't get confused with all the others. We started opening presents around 7:30 and it took over an hour. Drew was quite impatient and couldn't contain his eagerness to open presents. He would hold his present when the others would open theirs, and he would tear just a little bit so he could see what it was, and then he would state to everyone what he got...when it wasn't his turn. The kids loved all their presents and enjoyed playing with them.
Haley opening her presents. She immediately fell in love with her penguin webkinz, and was thrilled to get The Hunger Games book. She also got Harry Potter & the Half Blood Prince movie and a Christmas snow globe.

Sydney opening her presents. She loves her new jammies, design a wardrobe and swan webkinz. She also got Taylor Swift's first CD that she immediately played.
Sydney LOVES her new quilt the Grandma Haselhuhn made. Her favorite colors, red & pink. It has ladybugs on the back side which she adores! She wanted to pretend sleeping and then waking up. What a ham!
Drew with his presents. The Nerf shotgun and basketball hoop was a hit! He also loves his new Star Wars Leapster game.
Jeff loves his new weather forecaster! He also loves his new ipod speaker system and of course Mo's BBQ sauce!
With my potholders the girls made for me. Both girls crocheted one and Haley sewed one at Activity Days. The girls bought me jewelry from the school Christmas store. It was very sweet. I also love my new itouch. It will help me get organized and have my own persona media center with music, games, video and pictures. I love it! Thanks honey!
