Brazillian night

Last night we hosted a Brazillian getting-to-know-you-night. We have a Brazillian family in our ward that is becoming more active and the missionaries asked us to host a Brazillian night, partly because Jeff served in Sao Paulo, Brazil on his mission and our house if perfect for entertaining. We invited the Brazillian family, all 5 members who have served in Brazil on their mission and their families, a family that has twin boys, both on a mission in Brazil and ward missionaries and their families. We had a great turn out and a ton of delicious food. I made Feijoada (the national meat soup), Coxhina's (shredded chicken with cream cheese wrapped in a deep-fried pastry), and I also made fried bananas. The food was so good and it was nice to get people together.

Our amazing Brazillian food for the night

Here is everyone who came to share in the cultural festivities!
